Returns Policy

At Azaleo the Label, we want you to love your purchase!
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a return in line with the policy below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at nicole@azaleothelabel.com to arrange a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a credit note or store credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs).
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Azaleo the Label complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights as a consumer.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at nicole@azaleothelabel.com with your order number, details, and photos of the fault.

Under Australian Consumer Law:

  • If the issue is major, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or store credit.

  • If the issue is minor, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

  • Azaleo the Label will cover the cost of return shipping for approved faulty or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Underwear or swimwear

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return

  1. Email nicole@azaleothelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.

  4. Pack your item securely and return via a tracked postage service.
